Jennifer Webber

Partner / Director of Property Management

As the director of property management, Jennifer is responsible for day-to-day operations, tenant relations, financial reporting, budget oversight, and construction supervision of client properties. With more than 24 years of experience, Jennifer has managed more than 3 million square feet of office space for clients including JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, L&B Realty, and SMA Equities.

Aaron Emerson serves as partner and broker at Gaut Whittenburg Emerson. With more than 22 years of commercial real estate experience, he has personally completed more than 1,500 office transactions worth more than $350 million and totaling more than 4.5 million square feet. He has a long history of adding value to office properties by reducing vacancy rates.

Ben Whittenburg serves as partner and agent at Gaut Whittenburg Emerson, specializing in the sale and lease of retail, office, industrial and land. With more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience, he has represented some prominent clients, including Nationwide Insurance, Subway, Amarillo National Bank, and Amazon.

David Roberts

Chief Engineer

David Roberts brings more than 25 years of experience in building maintenance, mechanical systems, and facilities operations to his role as Chief Engineer at GWECRE. His background spans commercial office buildings and healthcare facilities, with extensive experience maintaining chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handlers, and building automation systems.

Before joining GWE, David served as a supervisor at BSA in Amarillo, leading a nine-member team supporting plant operations across three shifts, seven days a week. He oversaw critical equipment, coordinated contractors, and helped maintain reliable, efficient building operations. Earlier in his career, he maintained mechanical systems for multistory office properties in downtown Amarillo.

David brings a practical approach to troubleshooting, a focus on energy efficiency, and a commitment to teamwork and responsive service. He is also a United States Marine Corps veteran who served in the Presidential Honor Guard and during the Gulf War.

Ellie Boyett

Property Operations Coordinator

Ellie joined Gaut Whittenburg Emerson Property Management in 2024 as Administrative Assistant to the team. She is now the Property Operations Coordinator, where she supports the day-to-day operations of the company’s properties. She works closely with tenants, vendors, and the property management team to coordinate maintenance, facilitate communication, assist with construction project management, and help ensure building operations run smoothly and efficiently.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Public Relations and a minor in Communication from West Texas A&M University, Ellie brings strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills to her role.

A lifelong resident of Amarillo, Ellie enjoys building relationships with the tenants and getting to know the community she has called home. Outside of work, she loves traveling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Christine Prichard SHRM-SCP, SPHR

HR Director / Property Advisor

Christine is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in human resources, including multi-state and international payroll, compensation and benefits, policy development, employee relations, and HRIS. Additionally, she has an extensive accounting background including multi-currency transactions and financial statement preparation.

Courtney Williams

Property Manager

Courtney Williams brings over seven years of experience in commercial property management, having successfully overseen over 115,000 square feet of office space. Since joining Gaut Whittenburg Emerson in March 2024, Courtney now manages 136,000 square feet of office space and leads construction projects across all properties.
